Booking agent
Guide guests from inquiry to check-in. Prepare offers and charter contracts, hold options, confirm payments, coordinate marina check-ins in high season, liaise with base staff and suppliers.
Two languages (English + French or Spanish), strong writing + phone skills, fast computer work, calm under pressure.
Charter skipper
Skipper weekly charters and transfers. Handle docking, anchoring and route choices by weather and tide. Brief guests on safety, advise on bays and restaurants, support technical handovers.
Licences accepted by local authorities, VHF SRC, proven catamaran experience, park-rules knowledge (BVI / Bahamas / Martinique / Grenada), first aid.
Marina crew
Haul-out, cleaning and fitting between charters. Check inventories, safety gear and systems. Meet and guide guests at check-in / check-out. Keep the dock tidy and safe.
Two languages preferred, hands-on technical aptitude, comfortable on the water, reliable in a fast turnaround window.
